| Our inkjet technology explained |
PTL’s proprietary technology is based on inkjet printing - the use of the
piezo electric effect to deliver minutely controlled drops of fluid on
to a surface via a print head.

Inkjet
technology is mostly associated with paper printing. Ours is more
sophisticated and integrates the print fluid, print head and printing
platform elements to produce detailed and accurate patterns for many
industrial processes.

Much of what we do utilises drop-on-demand printing for Direct Write
patterning, which deposits material precisely and only where it is
required. This allows us to expand the range of useable materials and
surfaces and the potential to turn old-established production processes
on their head.

promoting the UK advancement of Direct Write technology, and an
associate of Flexinet, an association dedicated to the direct writing
